I'm a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase, building digital consumer financial wellness products for Chase's connected banking experience. My 10+ years have taken me from enterprise platforms at IBM and logistics systems at Mahindra, through analytics at EY and API infrastructure at Wipro — and now into the hands of real people managing their own money. That systems-thinking background is my edge: I understand the backend well enough to push it, and I understand the customer well enough to know when the backend doesn't matter at all.
